Biography
Saida Marzia is a humanitarian and development professional with expertise in protection, gender equality, and safeguarding. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Child Protection, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), Gender and Inclusion (PGI) mainstreaming, disability inclusion, trafficking in persons, and women’s empowerment.
With a strong commitment to promoting safe, inclusive, and rights-based approaches, Saida supports the integration of protection and safeguarding principles across programs and research initiatives. At CMG Research Intl. Ltd., she leads efforts to strengthen safeguarding frameworks, ensure protection-sensitive programming, and promote accountability and dignity for vulnerable and marginalized communities. Her expertise contributes to CMG’s mission of advancing equitable, gender-responsive, and community-centered solutions in humanitarian and development contexts.
