Biography
Mohammad Jasim Uddin Kabir is a senior development and humanitarian professional with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years in senior management roles. He has expertise in strategic planning, programme management, donor partnership, and organizational development across the development and humanitarian sectors. His technical experience includes disaster risk management (DRM), climate change adaptation (CCA), community resilience, WASH, public health, livelihoods, urban resilience, education, disability inclusion, and humanitarian response. He has successfully led multi-sectoral, donor-funded programmes in climate-vulnerable char areas, urban communities, and Rohingya refugee camps. Mr. Kabir is recognized for his strategic leadership, programme management, and commitment to building resilient and inclusive communities.
